Beach Cleanup 2009

More than 100 Transocean employees and their family members hit the beach in Galveston, Texas, on September 26 to participate in the Fall 2009 “Texas Adopt-A-Beach Cleanup.” Volunteers spent three hours removing trash along the Texas Gulf Coast, adding to the 7,300 tons of trash that’s been collected at these twice-yearly events since 1986. Thanks to all of the participants for making a positive impact on the environment.
