The crews of the Henry Goodrich have become well known for raising funds for children’s charities through Christmas raffles each year. They were pleased to see that the money from last year’s raffle helped send two of these four burn victims to a special summer camp in Nova Scotia for one week. One of the kids that the HGR sponsored lost his parents, brother and sister in a fire and was the only survivor, which happened in Goose Bay, Labrador last year.
