John Truschinger, Transocean VP and CIO, inspects the pet food! |
Transocean’s IT department in Houston held a pet food drive in July, raising 6,500 cans of dog and cat food for Houston’s Citizens for Animal Protection (CAP) organization.
“On behalf of everyone at the shelter, our most heartfelt thanks to Transocean for helping to make our community a better place for both pets and people,” said Kappy Muenzer, CAP Executive Director. “This donation will go directly toward the needs of animals in our care.”
Each year, CAP shelters and cares for between 12,000 and 13,000 dogs, cats and other small animals and assists thousands of people with pet-related situations. To learn more, visit www.cap4pets.org.
